Needle in the haystack.

People generally love beating about the bush, because honesty usually comes with a black eye, or a palm print on your cheek. Lies, lies and more lies, we love them, yet hate them. What hypocrites we are.

Someone can tell you, how much he hates liars and cheats and the next minute, lies his way out of a tight situation. Everyone lies, theres no debate in that. We can only hope for the person to have enough cohones to actually own up, or good enough memory to cover up his or her tracks.

Some wise guy said no one has good enough memory to let a lie go around forever, but Hitler says

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it”

Which is true, if you ask me. People are naive by nature. They believe what they want to believe. If our Prime minister were to one day appear on TV and say that we cannot eat beef because the bird flu virus has infected cows, how many people would believe him? You’d be surprised, how credibility is one of the only things you need to let a lie go through.

So we lie. We cheat. And we con. To cover our asses, for our own personal gain and for survival. We beat about the bush, we manipulate and we lie. Lie, and lie.

Your little lie will be like a needle in a haystack. We’ve been lying all our lives, so I’m going to go ahead and assume we’re all good liars here, be it white lies or grave lies, we’re liars with our pants on fire.

But be aware, and beware. Don’t let the fire go out of control sweetpea, because the quickest way to find a needle in a haystack, is to burn the haystack.
